Hey guys, I’m back once again. This time I will be demonstrating how to make a Green Tea Hair Rinse. This formula works to promote longer, stronger hair and a healthy scalp.
Green Tea is rich in catechins, which help to suppress dihydrotestosterone (DTH). Dihydrotestosterone is a hormone responsible for hair loss. Green tea can also help stimulate hair growth, reduce shedding, and calm dandruff and psoriasis. It is high in antioxidants.
Macadamia oil also contains several minerals, including calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and sodium. Macadamia oil penetrates hair more efficiently than some other oils, like mineral oil. Mineral oil can build up on your scalp. Over time, it can cause breakage and make your hair feel heavier and lackluster. Macadamia oil also helps to restore moisture to your hair shaft, locks it in, and adds natural protein to your hair. Macadamia oil is a game-changer for curly hair. The one I use is available here.
You can even add a few drops of your favorite EO. But that, of course, is optional.
Use Green Tea Rinse can be used before you wash your hair as a pre-poo treatment or after a hair wash as a hair rinse. When used as a rinse keep it on for 15 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly again with cool water.
